Snake Wood

Color and Appearance:
The main feature of Snake Wood from its Latin name "Marmoroxylon racemosum" , is to be composed of large deep yellow fibers and mottled with large dark brown veins. It is so called because it is reminiscent of the skin of a snake.

Grain and Texture:
Snakewood has several different appearances. It can thus be found light or dark depending on the cut because its grain is dense and very nervous. It is a very hard wood and difficult to work with, but has a fabulous final finish.

In order to keep your Wooden Glasses clean and in good condition, it is important to maintain them properly. from time to time.
To do this, we advise you to apply, using a cotton swab, a little olive oil and lemon juice measured in equal proportion, that you have taken take care to mix well before applying to the wood.
Then let everything dry quietly.
Avoid strong exposure to the sun and water (shower, bath, swimming pool, ...).

You can also use any of our beeswax. Very effective to give a boost to all your wooden accessories. To be applied with one of Our Microfiber Wipes to avoid any scratches on the wood.
